Weekend Retreat

14th - 17th November 2024

in Varberg, Sweden

For our Retreat Weekend we will stay at a beautiful retreat center near the swedish west coast.

The beautiful retreat center, with its modern and soothing architecture, is located outside of the city Varberg.

The nearby lake and fairytalelike woods surrounding the center are worth a visit on its own.

Accommondations

All bathrooms and rooms will be chared rooms.

There will be 2-bed-rooms, and 4-bed rooms with singel beds and sleeping alcoves.

You are welcome to let me know your preferences, but there will not be a guarantee in which room you will be placed. That will be depending on the total ammount of bookings and to be flexible to put people of the same sex together in the same room.

If you know another participant and want to share a room with them, please let me know up on the booking.

Chared areas

Our main study room will be an amaizing glashouse with ficon trees and grapes.

Besides the kitchen, several fireplaces and sofa area we will also be able to spend the evenings in a sauna, take a cold dop in the creek or just relax in the outside hot tub surrounded by the crispy autum nature.

So definitely pack a swimsuit, bathrobe and some slippers!

Although we will have a schedual to finish the training, my goal is to balance the time of study, practice, rest and just enjoyment and play.

Food

All food will be vegan and is included in the price.

(Maybe there will be some vegetarian options for breakfast for those that prefer that, like yogurt and cheese)

On the arrival day we will have an afternoon snack and dinner. All other days you will get breakfast, lunch and dinner and some afternoon snack, except for Sunday where we will have brunch.

All food will be fresh and healthy, a mixture of hearty salads and also, cause it is November, some warming soups and stews. All ingredients are ecological.

How to get to the retreat

(Traveling cost to the retreat are not included in the price)

By car:

For those arriving from Sweden (from the same direction) I recommend to share a car and or pick each other up at points that make sense. We will organize that if you are interested in traveling together and it seams meaningful.

You will get the exact address up on booking.

Closest Airports are:

Halmstad City Airport

Göteborg Landvetter Airport

You will have to continue your travel by train which takes about 1-1,5 h more to Varberg. Let me know if you do not understand Swedish and have problems to book your train ticket.

By train:

Book your ticket to Varberg and I will organize some kind of bus or car to catch you. This will coast between 20-50 euros extra, the price will depend on how many will share the shuttle.
